These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 499bef ("499bef", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the website located at 499bef.bet, including all games, sports betting markets, account features, payment services, bonus programmes, and any other services offered by 499bef (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 499bef platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 499bef. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials, bonus terms, or game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

To register and use 499bef, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 499bef or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account on 499bef that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not using the platform in connection with any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

499bef reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify compliance with the above eligibility criteria. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending verification or permanent account closure.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

499bef accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party payments — including deposits made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are not accepted and will be returned where possible or held pending investigation.

3.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction via mobile wallet.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction for verified accounts.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Subject to account tier and verification status. Standard verified accounts may withdraw up to ৳200,000 per day. Higher limits are available on request for premium accounts.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are processed within five minutes to two hours under normal operating conditions, seven days a week including public holidays. 499bef does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of 499bef.

499bef reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or where required by anti-money-laundering obligations. In such cases, you will be notified at the earliest practicable opportunity.

3.4 Refund Policy

Deposits that have been used in gameplay — including deposits that contributed to a bonus wager — are not refundable under any circumstances. Deposits that remain entirely unplayed (no bets placed and no bonus activated) may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis, subject to identity verification and a processing review period of up to 5 business days.

All games and betting markets on 499bef are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Spribe, NetEnt, and Ezugi. Game outcomes in RNG-based products are determined by certified random number generator systems. Live casino and sports markets operate under their own independently verified protocols.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited conduct while using 499bef:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with any part of the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities — any winnings resulting from a software error are void and will be removed from your account.
• Placing bets on the outcome of events on which you have access to non-public information (insider information).
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise access the platform's underlying systems without authorisation.
• Providing false or misleading information to customer support or the verification team.

499bef reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, or close accounts where there is reasonable evidence of prohibited conduct. All decisions made by 499bef regarding gameplay disputes and fair-play investigations are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Clause 8.

All content on the 499bef platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 499bef or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from 499bef.

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by 499bef is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in that Policy. 499bef uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies industry-standard security measures to protect data at rest.

499bef reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date. Where practicable, 499bef will provide registered players with advance notice of significant changes via the contact details held on their account.

Your continued use of the 499bef platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 6.1 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 499bef recommends reviewing this page at the start of each new BPL season, each major T20 tournament cycle, and after any significant platform update.
